Last night was a lot of fun in W-town. I went out to dinner and then spent some time with family and friends. I had to drop some stuff off at Robin and Dennis's house so I went there and played with Collin a bit. He is getting so big! I feel bad being gone for so much of his life. The kid is 20 months old and I don't get to see him hardly ever. But it was a lot of fun. We blew bubbles together and were throwing Robin's gardening gloves at each other. He is such a cutie! He liked the duck I got him from New York too so that was nice. I really need to spend more time over there.

Then I went to T & J's and hung out there for the rest of the evening. Malana was as cute as ever. She will be crawling soon so I will also need to spend more time there as well. J was being an idiot like always. We went to KT to get some beer and then watched tv and gossiped for the rest of the night. I went home and went straight to bed. I didn't get much sleep the night before so I was pretty exhausted by the time I got home.

Then today I slept in and then finished my laundry. I had to help my dad garbage bag his arm so he could take a shower. I swear, if its not one thing that goes wrong, its another. I packed up my car and then went to KT to see my mom before I left. We have a tradition at KT where we buy lottery tickets for everyone on their birthday. I had $7 in my pocket so I bought the girl her tickets and then just spent the rest of my money. I won $50! Hell yes! Go me! Today was a lucky day!

I haven't been up to much since I got back. I've been working on some materials for my staff and just watching tv. It's been pretty low key which is exactly what I need. I've been so busy lately that its nice to take some time to wind down and have alone time. There won't be much of that once the residents start moving in.
